Warranty Coverage

At PS Watch Mods, we stand by the quality of our completed custom watches. We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What’s Covered?

• Movement Issues – Malfunctions or failure due to defects in assembly or components.
• Hands & Dial Alignment – If the hands become misaligned due to manufacturing defects.
• Crown & Stem Issues – If the crown or stem malfunctions due to faulty assembly.
• Movement Accuracy Beyond Tolerance – The NH Series movements, as recommended by Seiko, have an accuracy tolerance of -20 to +40 seconds per day. While we regulate our watches to perform as accurately as possible, if your watch runs slower than -20 seconds or faster than +40 seconds per day, it may be eligible for warranty service.

What’s NOT Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

• Physical Damage – Any scratches, dents, or cracks on the case, crystal, bezel, or bracelet.
• Water Damage – While our watches are tested for water resistance, there is no way to determine if water ingress was caused by improper use or exposure beyond rated conditions. For this reason, water damage is not covered under warranty.
• Battery Life – If applicable, battery replacement is not covered under warranty.
• Normal Wear & Tear – Fading, discoloration, or stretching of the strap/bracelet over time.
• Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications – Any attempts to open or modify the watch void the warranty.

Warranty Claims & Return Shipping

If you believe your watch has a covered issue, please contact us at shemal@pswatchmods.com with your order details and a description of the problem. You may be required to provide photos or videos for assessment.

• If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the watch at our discretion.
• The customer is responsible for shipping the watch back to us for warranty service. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
• After repair, we will cover the return shipping back to you.

Final Notes

• This warranty does not entitle you to a refund or exchange, only repair or replacement.
• We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims that show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
